Over the last four months, Tbilisi saw suddenly close three of the most popular activities of the city.

The last  in chronological terms is Segafredo , caffetteria bar on Chavchavadze avenue that since 7 years brought the exclusive product of Zanetti, a pioneer of the Italian bar in this part of the world.

the same happened to Angelato , located in Chavchavadze Avenue too, the first major ice cream shop, modern, high tech, refined, which proposed the ice cream following the refined recipe of Italian gelato , closed to make room for other catering activities of third parties.

But what has left even more amazed is the closure in July of the famous restaurant Solemio , located in Saburtalo, who had left a significant mark in the way to make the true Italian cuisine, implemented by fashion and cultural events, cooking classes and social life parties .

What's up? Surely on top there are internal problems, hexose rentals, a study of the market strategy not on line with the social style of the city.

It would be better for new investors to better understand the potential of the final consumer, find a serious local partnership that moves the product-level communication and create more and new motivations. Make a serious investigation for the location of their business and plan a marketing calendar of promotional activities during the year. Having an european supervisor on site to monitor their activity according to the profile of the brand and the target it has set itself.
