Tbilisi has always been the city of religious tolerance and today I would change this term with the city of religious peace, where in the same area, a few meters away, there are a Georgian Orthodox Christian church, a Christian Armenian, a Synagogue and a Mosque without any issue and with the utmost respect.
In this navel of the religious world the Catholic churches are not missed as well. Georgia has about 1000 Catholic followers, most of them from Armenian origin, but the number is growing fast since the increase in tourism and in students from Europe and from traditionally Catholic countries.
