Two Georgians entrepreneurs Alex Klimoff Popkhadze and Berdia Berishvili renovated a classic Georgian style building and tastefully decorated respecting the history of Tbilisi, main crossing point of the ancient Silk Road, giving a unique and personal touch.

The complex is a 3 floors characteristic Georgian building, in a
central area and at the same time exclusive and in a quite location. On the
ground floor there is the reception and an elegant hall that emphasize the hub between
East and West joining the brick of the Georgian cellars with the asian furniture.
A stylish lounge bar overlooking an outdoor terrace with a tidy garden is a perfect place to enjoy a brunch or an after dinner athmosphere. An elegant
meeting room in a classic style can accommodate business meetings of 20 people.
Downstairs there is an amazing wine cellar lounge with a great selection of the best Georgian wines.
It is made up of three zones for wine testing associated with local dishes, and in the center is located the acclimatized wine cellar that retains the old architectural features.
Cuisine has entrusted to the loving hands of Guram Baghdoshvili, chef of great experience
built in Portugal. The Georgian cuisine is processed in the European version, almost
creating a "Nouvelle Georgian cuisine" or rather an "Art Georgian
cuisine" as the owner prefers to title it.
Vinotel remains particularly exclusive and suitable to individual and groups of 15-20 people who want to reward themselves in a festival of tasting, followed by a professional sommelier.
